14 05 2008This guy in the video below seems very pleased to display his boner in public in a MRT train. I am wondering if he committed any offence under Singapore’s judiciary since he did not directly expose himself or touch anyone. Anybody got any insight about this?

He definitely committed an offence. He is touching his private parts in front of ladies. That’s good enough. I don’t think outrage of modesty is limited to acts of touching the woman, or flashing the private parts at the woman.
