We all remember Lauren Caitlin Upton don’t we? She was last year’s Miss South Carolina contesting for the title of Miss Teen USA 2007. I am sure every remember this video where she demonstrated how clueless she was about world maps. 
Well, this year, there’s a Filipino beauty contestant, Janina San Miguel, Binibining Pilipinas 2008 - World, who aspires to beat Miss Upton to hold the Guinness World Record for the world’s dumbest answer to a question in a beauty pageant.
